If you choose option 1 (3-4) business days you should expect to receive your items within that time frame

*Once you’ve received a tracking # usps is now responsible for the delivery of your items. Therefore, any shipment issues that occur should be taken up with usps

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. KyBoutique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

REMINDER: When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state it has been delivered.
